Fleet

The Ahrenkiel Group has a diversified fleet of 52 vessels at present. It consists of 25 container ships, 5 chemical tankers, 8 product tankers, 1, crude oil tanker, 1 gas tanker and 12 bulk carriers. The fleet’s total carrying capacity totals 1,855,372 dwt. The average age of the vessels is 7.33 years. About 80 per cent of the fleet sails under the Liberian flag; the other flag states include Germany, Cyprus, Philippines and the Marshall Islands. The vessels are certified in accordance with ISO 9001:2008 and the ISM /ISPS Code.
