Both companies look after about 1,500 seamen from various countries from East Europe and Latin America as well as such as Germany, the Philippines and Tuvalu.

We set high standards with regard to the training and experience of our crews. Consequently, our crews receive constant training according to the best practice required by the international shipping standards and ISO 9001:2000 certification. To make sure we have suitable young professionals, we have set up our own cadet training programme.
Over the years, we have thus accumulated a wealth of highly qualified seafarers who reliably perform their work. Many of the seamen who apply for work at our company stay in the Group and make a career.
